In 2014, the Osteria 16 restaurant opened at Vesterbro in Copenhagen. The place was founded by friends chef Morten Kaltoft and artist Emil Alsbo. Osteria 16-Cookbook is Morten Kaltoft and Emil Alsbo's first cookbook. It contains 80 simple and original Italian dishes - distributed to antipasti, polenta, pasta, risotto, pizza, bread, dessert and classic Italian basic recipes. The starting point is few high quality ingredients and seasonal ingredients. In Osteria 16's kitchen, every ingredient can be tasted. Morten Kaltoft is a trained chef at ERA ORA and opened in 2004 Famo Saxogade (with former chef at Era Ora, Fabbio Mazzon). Subsequently, they opened Famo 51 and Famo Metro.
